Joshua Filler won multiple divisions at the Derby City Classic in Elizabeth, Indiana. The German player captured titles in the Bigfoot 10-Ball, Banks, and 9-Ball divisions during the tournament.
In the Bigfoot 10-Ball semifinal against Fedor Gorst, Filler built an 8-4 lead before Gorst won five consecutive racks to reach 9-8. Filler then broke and ran to force hill-hill, winning the decisive rack 10-9.
Filler advanced to the finals against Lee Vann Corteza, who had defeated Konrad Juszczyszyn 10-5 in the semifinals. The match featured early ties at 1-1 and 2-2, with Filler ultimately winning the final.
In the 9-Ball final on Sunday morning, Filler faced Pijus Labutis. Labutis won the first set 9-5 and used the buyback format to reach hill-hill, pulling from 7-1 down. Filler won the final decisive rack to claim the title, his first World Nineball Tour Ranking title since October 2022.
Filler earned $16,000 for the 9-Ball title and moved to fourth in the WNT rankings. His victories across three divisions demonstrated his ability to compete in different pool formats.
