The 2019 Derby City Classic's Diamond BIG Foot Challenge saw Taiwan's Chang Jung-lin defeat Germany's Joshua Filler 11-9 in the final. The match took place at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino, with Chang winning the top prize of $16,000.

The final matched experienced world-class play against emerging talent. Filler, 21 at the time, started strongly with aggressive play and built a 4-0 lead. The victory added another prestigious title to Chang's resume that includes his 2012 world championship and 2013 World Games silver medal. Filler earned $8,000 as runner-up and gained experience facing top international competitors. The tournament featured competitive matches and high-stakes play throughout.
