Team Europe defeated Team USA 11-4 to win the partypoker Mosconi Cup at the Mandalay Bay Resort. The 24th edition of pool's premier team competition took place at the venue. The Rasson table presented challenging conditions throughout the event, which impacted play for both teams.
Europe established a 5-3 lead after opening day matches. Shane Van Boening defeated Jayson Shaw 5-1 in the day's final match, delivering the American team's best result of the opening session.
German player Joshua Filler was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. The European squad, captained by Marcus Chamat, included veterans Ralf Souquet and David Alcaide alongside competitors Filler and Nick van den Berg. Alcaide and Shaw won their doubles match 5-3 against Skyler Woodward and Billy Thorpe.
Team USA, led by non-playing captain Johan Ruijsink, competed throughout the event with varying results. Van Boening delivered strong individual performances.
